Pre-order items are currently taking up to 8 weeks to complete before they can be shipped.
Customs/duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery and pre order times may vary due to delays, you will be notified if anything changes.
Refunds & Exchanges
All items are unique, hand dyed, hand made and made to order and are therefor non refundable.
If you would like to cancel an order before it's been shipped, you have 24 hours from the date of purchase to send me an email. This is due to the nature of my pre order system as work on your rug may have started.
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect then please send me an email here within 30 days so the best solution can be found. I will cover return postage costs in these circumstances.
I do not currently offer exchanges due to the hand made bespoke nature of my work.
