Beth Joy is a Textile Artist and Art Psychotherapist working out of her studio, just outside Nottingham in the UK.
Beth's love of vibrant colour and bold form portray her desire for more playfulness in art. Beth's bright style is also informed by her therapy practice where bold colour and texture helps her to feel grounded and present.

THERAPY SISTERS
PROJECT
In January 2023, Therapy Sisters was launched by Beth and Chloe, both practicing Art Pyschotherapists. The aim of Therapy Sisters is to create mental health resources at an affordable price that can be used at home by yourself, with loved ones or with clients. The idea is not to replace traditional therapy, but rather support those on the journey to better mental health. Therapy Sisters currently offer workbooks, journals and posters that support those experiencing a range of mental health concerns , such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and much more.
