All items are unique and made to order and are therefor non refundable.
If you would like to cancel an order before it's been shipped, you have 24 hours from the date of purchase to send me an email. This is due to the nature of my pre order system as work on your rug may have started.
If an item arrives damaged then please send me an email here within 30 days so the best solution can be found :)
